Brian Reid, Founder. I started Palm Bay Marketing & SEO because I kept seeing good businesses lose attention to companies that were simply better represented online.
My background is a little unusual. I studied Industrial and Organizational Psychology at UCF, then spent years in music production, with work released through Universal, Sony and Def Jam. Both taught me to pay attention to behavior, patterns and what actually gets a response, and that carries into the work today.
I stay directly involved in search strategy, local visibility, websites and the AI-search work we are testing across real campaigns. I also use PBSEO as its own test case. If we are recommending a visibility strategy to a client, we should be willing to run it on ourselves first.

Palm Bay Marketing & SEO is founder-led and intentionally hands-on. Search strategy, local visibility and website direction stay directly with Brian Reid. Paid campaigns are run by Samuel Henke, a senior specialist across Google Ads, Meta Ads and Local Service Ads. There is no account-management layer between you and the people doing the work.
The job is easy to state and harder to do. We make a local business easy to find at the moment someone is ready to buy, then we make sure the page they land on gives them a reason to call. In practice that means Google Business Profile and the Map Pack, organic rankings, the answers ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews give when somebody asks who to hire in Brevard, and paid traffic when the calls are needed sooner than search can deliver them.
It has worked. H&H Roofing moved from an average Map Pack position of 13.6 to 1.2 and is now named in Google AI Overviews. IRWST launched a new site in April and held the number one organic spot plus an AI Overview citation inside 25 days. Patriot Fire Defense saw calls rise by more than 191 percent. Eight Brevard businesses across seven different industries are now named in Google AI Overviews.
We work with established businesses in Palm Bay, Melbourne and across Brevard County, and with a small number of clients outside it. We do not take every enquiry. If search is not the right channel for your business we will tell you on the first call.
